The website introduces CASARA’s private real estate advisory services in Dubai and presents selected residences. It is provided for information only. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or a promise that a property is available.

Property information

• Property details, plans, prices and images come from owners, developers and other sources. We present them carefully, but they may change, contain errors or be withdrawn at any time, and a property may be sold or let before the website is updated.
• Images may include illustrations, visualisations or photography of comparable residences. Areas and dimensions are approximate.
• Prices shown in currencies other than AED are indicative conversions for convenience only. Transactions are agreed in AED.
• Before making any decision, please confirm every detail with your advisor and through your own inspections and professional advice.

No investment, legal or tax advice

Market commentary, insights and investment information on the website are general in nature. They do not take your circumstances into account and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Past performance and market trends do not indicate future results.

Our services

Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not create an agency or advisory relationship. Brokerage and advisory services are provided only under a separate written agreement, on the terms set out in it and in line with the regulations that apply to real estate brokerage in Dubai.

Off-market and private information

Some residences are presented privately. Any information we share with you about such residences is confidential. You agree to use it only to consider the opportunity for yourself and not to pass it on without our written consent.

Website concierge

Where the website concierge chat is available, it is an automated assistant. Its answers are general and may be incomplete or inaccurate; an advisor confirms every detail personally. Please do not rely on the chat for decisions and do not share sensitive information in it. Our Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are handled.
